Our mental health counseling program and community-based program is offering in-person services to our clients. Spectra will continue to provide remote therapy options through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
What to expect during your visit to our office.
- All individuals who visit our office are required to participate in our COVID-19 screening.
- Individuals are required to wear a mask upon entering the building. With the increase in COVID positive cases, proper masking remains a critical factor in protecting our patients and ourselves from exposure to COVID. All visitors must wear a procedural or N95 mask (cloth masks or N95s with vents are not allowed). Masks must be worn appropriately covering nose and mouth.
- We do not ask individuals to disclose their vaccination status. Therefore, we treat everyone the same while protecting our employees and clients by following CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. Clients are allowed to be accompanied by one person for in-person therapy sessions.
- Everyone entering the building is required to participate in a temperature check. Individuals with a temperature over 99.4 will be asked to wait one minute and retake the temperature check. Clients scheduled to receive mental health counseling will be offered a telehealth appointment if the temperature continues to be over 99.4.
- Individuals with a temperature of 99.3 and lower will be required to participate in Spectra’s COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire.
- Individuals are asked to continue to observe social distancing guidelines when visiting our office.
We look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us for more information if you have questions or concerns.
