At Spectra, our mission is to maintain the safety, health and well-being of our clients, families, staff, and community. In response to the need to limit the spread of coronavirus, Spectra made the decision to suspend face-to-face services for clients participating in our mental health counseling program and day program until January 2021. Mental health counseling and behavioral health services are now offered through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Spectra’s community-based program offers remote therapy services and will be providing face-to-face services to participants who meet our health and safety criteria.
Spectra’s residential program will remain open as it is considered an “essential” function since there is no alternative for care of our residents.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding during this difficult time. We wish you and your loved ones continued health.
